Lost & Found
Lost items can be returned.
- All Porto Chino staff are attentive and helpful if you find a lost or forgotten item. They are kept very well.
- If a customer finds items that they have dropped or forgotten. You can contact the cleaning staff and security staff. Or hand them in at the public relations room on the 1st floor.
Pets zone
Corner for pets
- Porto Chino has an area for pets. In front of the PET Club store, 1st floor.
- Customers can bring their pets to run around freely inside the project. On a leash or in a stroller
- Customers can take their pets into the common areas of the project. Except in the stores or in air-conditioned areas. They must follow the rules of the stores.
EV Charger
Modern charging station for electric cars
- There is a modern charging station for electric cars. and standardized to support the use of services by groups of travelers using electric cars.
- There are two locations for charging stations for electric cars: in front of the Starbucks branch and under the parking garage on the 1st floor, on the entrance side.

Basic help with troubleshooting
- If the customer’s car has a problem, you can ask the security staff for help. We will help you solve basic problems, such as battery replacement, tire pumps, spare wheel replacement, etc.
